AVOID AT ALL COSTS. WASTE OF TIME.. DON'T COME HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT! Lum was fine, he seemed like a really nice guy. His office people have deplorable customer service. I picked out my glasses after he decided on my perscription. AFTER 6 OFFICE VISITS AND 2 MONTHS, I HAVE NOTHING. I picked out a frame that wasn't in their office, so they made me come back 2 weeks later to say I liked it.... Waited another 2.5 weeks before it came in... THEY WERE CRACKED. She claimed that they must have gotten damaged during shipping. Can't believe that whoever processes these don't check them when they come in. SHE WANTED ME TO STAY TO GET THEM FITTED. A week after that, I went back for them cause they "rushed" the order. I inspected them for cracks, they were fine. Told her they were too tight, so she went to the back and adjusted them. When she came back, there were cracks everywhere in the lense!!! SHE SUGGESTED I TAKE THEM HOME, maybe so at least I have SOMETHING. I said, No, I want a full refund. NO APOLOGIES!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. I'VE HAD BETTER LUCK WITH LENS CRAFTERS.
