Be very cautious when planning your party here. There were way too many issues with liars. They lied on numerous occasions. They agreed on terms of free access, vip and unlimited names on the guest list and then the day of my party (2 hours before the door opens) they said they couldn't accept the list anymore. They also said there wouldn't be a promoter that night. I had to personally call the manager, Jeff, to settle this issue. He would only do it on a bribe so we had to pay him way too much to accept the list even though he already agreed to accept it 3 weeks ago. On top of that, I find out they are charging my friends $15 for entrance. I found Jeff and he comes up with the lame excuse that he didn't get the list. Thank goodness I had a hard copy of my list and you should have seen his flabbergasted facial expressions when I gave it to him. Then I find out that there was a promoter for that night, Bryan Datu of Remix, (don't ever do business with him, worst promoter ever!!!!!! he is the epitome of dirty business & I've worked with several...he is only doing business to rip you off) was in charge of the entrance fee so it was a waste to pay Jeff. Brian said he would increase the guest list time from 11pm to 11:30 so that my guests had an extra 30 minutes to get in for free. Then I hear from friends who just arrived at 11 that he charged them $15. So I approached Brian and he said he never said that he would allow them in free until 11:30 and comes up with the excuse that he said guys would be in for $10 before 11:30 and ladies are free until 11:30. However, my girlfriends who got there before 11:30 were still charged $15. He had the audacity to lie twice. The place is decent with decent priced drinks but working with the greedy manager and promoter (who are suppose to represent this place) caused me to give it a poor rating & I'm being generous. If you do go, make sure Bryan Datu is not promoting that night!

The Dirty Martini is probably the worst managed bar/club in all of San Francisco. We had a party at this place and were promised by management that individuals on our list would be allowed in all night with no cover. However, at 10:30pm the "night manager" decided to say that after 10:30pm everyone would have to pay cover. They yelled at my girlfriend who confronted the manager because they lied to us all. They then proceeded to physically remove her. I will never go here again and will do all I can to make it fail. This place is a disaster. Everyone was disappointed with their experience.
