Great place!.
Yoga, one of the world's most widely-practiced stretching exercise methods, emphasizes correct alignment of all parts of the body within each yoga posture. This precision builds strength and stamina--balance and flexibility--and a new sense of well-being.
This is what I learned at Satori Yoga Studio, as well as slowly getting back my beach babe bod after having my baby. Great place!
Beautiful space and great instructors. Satori yoga is delicious. It's a peaceful space to take yoga in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Wonderful teachers and classes in the middle of the day! Take a lunch break and do Yoga at Satori! It's the best!
Top-notch yoga, pilates and massage. Friendly and responsive owner and instructors. Great yoga and pilates workouts, including expert instruction and fun classes. A great place to get a deep tissue massage as well. Lots of classes to choose from daily. Convenient downtown location and prices are reasonable. Clean and well maintained studio and bathrooms. I love this place and highly recommend you checking it out.
love satori. i love coming to satori on my lunch or after work. they have a very flexible schedule - easy to fit my yoga practice in. Love the teachers!
a horrible place....
Satori is a horrible place for you if you hate yourself and want to live an unhealthy life.
If you dont like yoga, and never want to go to a peaceful and beautiful yoga studio where attention has been paid to every little detail to create harmony, space and balance
Only then, do your self a favor and don't go to Satori.
GREAT studio. Satori Studio is a FABULOUS studio...GREAT atmosphere and the staff.
great downtown studio. This is a great yoga space with excellent instructors. Very convenient, right off Montgomery BART stop.
Welcoming to people of all walks of life.
I myself am not in the best of shape. So, I had some issues with approaching a "Yoga Studio."
Number one, not being lean and having the "yoga type body," I was concerned with being accepted without bias.
However, I attend Tony Eason's Iyengar Basics class and I was welcomed. He was concerned with my comfort zone, my limitations (due to past injuries), and encouraged me to ask questions. Also, his attention to my alignment was "impressive."
If you want to go to a clean studio with caring individuals and have a laugh at the same time .....visit Satori Yoga.
They are definitely unlike the most,
thanks Satori
Satori is quite a find!. Satori is like an oasis in the middle of the financial district. I am able to go directly from work and let the stress of the day melt away. They also happen to have the best unlimited monthly rates around! I have always felt welcomed and a sense of community at Satori. The instructors give individual attention and the classes are not over-crowded. I recommend it to everyone I know.
