Great Chef, excellent menu and price. Chef Pelle catered for our wedding shower last week. It was so amazing how he put the menu together for us. His steamed halibut with ginger is to die for. I can consume that dish all day. His crab cake is different from other crab cake, very unique and delicious. His price was so worth it when you compare to his talent.
Excellent Caterer!. Chef Pelle catered my dinner party and the menu he helped to create was delicious! My guests and I devoured his mushrooms stuffed w/gingered chicken and cilantro, and the aqua vit fennel cured salmon crustini. The main dinner included fresh grouper steamed in banana leaf w/ginger and shitake mushrooms, and lobster stuffed filet mignon w/aged gorgonzola that I and my guests were very pleased with. Pelle is very professional and his prices were better than the other caterer's I contacted.
Excellent and Creative European, Asian & California Cuisine. I would highly recommend this very talented chef for any event! Fennel aqua vit cured salmon is divine! Crab cake had no additives and were filled w/high quality crab. I couldn't get enough of the risotto cakes & the ahi tartars w/wasabi aioli & caviar were delicious! Also, the minature filet mignons on crustini & carmelized onions were melting in my mouth. Chef Pelle catered our cocktail party and my guests and I were all amazed by the unique flavor he adds to his creations, and the beautiful presentation.
