In Short
Look for the off-kilter doorway on Ninth Avenue that leads to this spacious, windowless, bright-yellow restaurant for cheaper-than-average Japanese fare. Choices include a menu of special fresh and fried sushi rolls (spider, Godzilla, kamikaze, rock 'n roll), tempura, teriyaki, sashimi and udon. Bento boxes provide inexpensive combinations of the above or other choices, including a deep-fried oyster "kaki fry," all served with rice and salad.

It's not the fault of Kiki that it is hard to park in that neighborhood, it's just the area. Just drive into the park a little ways and there is plenty of parking. I've always had a positive experience with the friendly people who work there. Whenever I order sashimi or sushi dishes the food is always good. The atmosphere is nice and the anime pictures they have on the walls are funny. Kiki is one of my favorite places because the food is good and reasonably priced.

Everytime I go to a new sushi restaurant, I can't help but feel a little bad about spending so much on sushi I could've gotten here at Kiki's for less the price. Sure, you can walk into (almost) any Japanese restaurant and order chicken teriyaki or a California roll, but come to kiki's and you can order a plate of edamame and a san francisco roll (salmon salad & avocado) all for the same price as ONE roll at the restaurant next door. Attentive wait staff, friendly bussers, and quick kitchen call for a perfect sushi night with your significant other or a group of friends.

I LOVE this place i go several times a month. Whether you went a combo meal or a plate of sushi i have yet to find a resturant that could beat thier prices! The wait staff is always incredibly friendly and the kitchen is fast. The food is usually ready before i finish my bowel of Miso soup. If you're looking for a great place to get a large amount of Japanese food for a little bit of money Kiki is the way to go!
