Great dining experience. When you enter the New Ganges Restaurant, you will be greeted by the owner, Aftab. His man is an oricle of information on vegie Indian food. He will custom build a meal to your tastes or let him run wild to give you a truly unique dining experience. I learned more tonight about my love on really great Indian food. Aftab offered me tastes of food I would not normally order. Wow, I'm hocked! You have got to try this place.
