Will come back in the future.. The man who worked on everything when we checked in was very nice, very helpful. Excellent service. We got a room with a great view. Will come back in the future. Great deal.

I was impressed by many things. This hotel is exceptional for its price. I was impressed by many things, such as: the view of the Golden Gate Bridge from our third floor room, the quality of service provided by hotel employees, the simple yet filling continental breakfast, and the close proximity to multiple muni stops and "tourist destinations." I would certainly recommend this hotel to any inquiring friend or family member.

Very peaceful and nice location.. At the price it is one of the best you can find. Very peaceful and nice location. You can walk to the crooked street from here. Many good restaurants at walking distance and well connected by bus routes. They serve a real continental breakfast to your satisfaction. Very spacious breakfast area.

was very happy to go their again.. This was my second stay in last two months . I was very happy to go their again. The location is very good. You can walk down to the fisherman’s Wharf on a sunny day and enter from the Maritime Museum side. The staff is very helpful and friendly

pleasantly surprised. Visiting family in San Francisco and stayed a couple days at the Heritage Marina Hotel. For the price, we were pleasantly surprised and would stay again. Location was great, very simple continental breakfast;

I really enjoyed my stay. I would go back in the winter… I really enjoyed my stay. I was surprised by the bad reviews it was much nicer than what I had anticipated

The rooms are fine. Free breakfast everyday. It wasnt the best breakfast but it fills you up.. cereal,bagels, etc. The rooms are fine, my friends and I stayed there for 4 nights and have no problem with the TV, air-con, shower - all working fine. The front desk ppl was pretty helpful with directions, questions.. Location-wise, we couldn't ask for more, the bus stops are few steps away from this hotel and the main sites are just few blocks away. For a budget stay, this is not too bad!
