Extremely Satisfied Customer. My wife and I purchased a 2011 Toyota Highlander Limited from San Francisco Toyota on December 30th and we are absolutely thrilled with the vehicle. More importantly though, I truly appreciated the way we were treated throughout the entire process. I started looking at 2010 Toyota Highlanders in October but just couldn't pull the trigger until I saw the 2011 model. The sales team was courteous, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient (not pushy) which made the decision to buy from San Francisco Toyota an easy one. My salesperson, Steven Kwan, is a true professional and I highly recommend him. He and the general sales manager, Russ Mobley, worked hard to find the exact car we were looking for and then went the extra mile to get it to us at a great price. You just can't ask for more. Their attention to detail and to customer service is outstanding.

My very first pleasant experience at a dealership!. Just bought my 2009 Prius and couldn't be happier. Dealt with Cory ,the internet manager, who was very helpful with all my questions and little picky details. In the end all we had to do was go in and pick up the car. No hours of haggling and no last minute changes in the "fees." And they gave us the best price out of the 11 dealerships we checked. Great customer service !

Terrific Buying Experience!. First time in years I've felt really good about the DEAL and the DEALER! After turning down their trade offer, I walked out. The salesman, who had been courteous and helpful, called me with a better offer for my old car. I countered with an offer for the Prius i was shopping for, and the offer was accepted. Delivery was done in one hour, and the accessory satellite radio was installed 3 days later. As I live on Nob Hill, buying at Sacramento and Van Ness made the deal ideal. I recommend them wholeheartedly. And my new Prius is outstanding!

overall not bad. as far as car dealers go, they're probably as good as you'll find around here. i shopped around at three dealerships for a Prius and these guys were the most straightforward and offered the best deal in the end. i assumed they'd be more expensive since they're in the city but that wasn't the case at all.

Generally honest & dependable. I have taken my cars there multiple time for repairs and maintenance.

The last time - at the 75,000 mile mile check-up - they failed to inform me that my tires were BALD!

I had a flat a week after the maintenance service and had to replace all 4 tires. If they really are looking at the car shouldn't they have noticed bald tires.....it makes me wonder if these periodic check-ups are worth the money!
