So close and yet so far!. I go out to sushi about once a week (wish it could be more) and it's such a bummer that the sushi place that's in my neighborhood is so overpriced and comes with aloof service.

We've had a few good experiences here and the sushi is really pretty good but you better order everything you want when your server is at your table because they'll never be back. You have to flag someone down if you need something else - including the check.

The portions are small (overpriced) but quite tasty and creative. The happy hour specials are ok and are a better price.

They also do this weird thing where they hold pretty much all of their tables for reservations. We've come, eaten and left while 5 tables sit empty with a "reserved" sign on them. This is, of course, more frustrating when you arrive without a reservation only to be told there will be an hour wait whie many tables sit empty.

Best Sake in the city.... Good restaurant. Kinda pricy, but the fish was fresh and tasty. They've got great and interesting specials and they've got an amazing sake selection. If you're intimidated by it, the waitress can help you pick one.

Great atomsphere, good place to take a date.
