Ripped off !!!!. Would not recommend to anyone. Was ripped off by royal international travel for over $750.00 by a Mr Pivirotto. Traveled to alaska in June..........vacation was ruined due to being ripped off by Royal International travel........terrible experience....still waiting for money to be refunded. Filed complaint with consumer affairs!

An excellent travel company.. We have just returned from a terrific vacation with Royal Travel. This is our fifth tour with John and Debbie,

An amazing travel company.... From all of our friends and family, another

wonderful group travel program with

Royal International...well done!!

Bringing together our usual group of 200

and up on our annual world tour is an

amazing fete. And everyone in "our Royal

family" does this all with such style and expertise in every corner of the world

they introduce to us!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I give this company zero rating. Unfortunately l had the misfortune of dealing with Royal International Travel BIG MISTAKE. I paid for a cruise by check which they cashed and then claimed it did not arrive. Required my credit card for on board ship credits. Guess what ? my credit card was charged also for the cruise.

Royal International want nothing to do with the duplicate charge.

Better Business Bureau attempted to resolve the problem with negative response.

Non-responsive. I called this company three times...

First call: I left a general voicemail and no one returned my call.

Second call: I left another general voicemail. A representative returned my call and left a message, but did not leave any contact information other than her first name.

Third call: I asked the attendant to speak to the representative that left me a message and the attendant said the rep was not available. The attendant then put me into general voicemail again which had a strange system which asked me to state the person's name followed by my message. The auto-attendant kept interrupting me not allowing me to leave a message so I gave up.
