I too had a bad experience at Comfort Inn. Like others I got suckered by the Comfort Inn Park and Fly.

I made a reservation, checked in and then flew out the next day.

When I returned from SFO they handed me a bill for a two day

stay. I tried to explain to them how park and fly works.

The desk lady whips out a 3 ring binder and motions that I

was supposed sign a form in it. So, I offered to sign the form.

She looked at me like I was in 1st grade, "You cant do that now!".

So, they ripped me off for $65. Maybe my credit card company

can help me get it back.

1st time okay, 2nd time not. I used the comfort inn park and fly service twice.

The first time was okay.

I checked in, parked, slept, woke, and caught the shuttle which was waiting

near the lobby direct to the airport. The return went okay too.

The 2nd time, bad luck struck.

I checked in, parked, slept, woke, and waited 30 minutes for the shuttle.

It would have been quicker to have just stayed home and catch a shuttle from there.

The return went poorly also.

After I collected my baggage and then called.

I had to wait 30 minutes for the shuttle.

Then they made a mistake on the bill. They tried to charge me for

two nights instead of one. So, I had to drove back to get the extra

night removed from my card. (Actually I had to return twice, the woman

who knows how to operate credit card refunds has sporadic availability).
