fast and good problem solver

i have high end refrigarator appliance and was having complicated problem with cooling compressor.
after trying two other companies, i called the manufacturer and they recommended i call this company as they are known to be best problem solvers with great engineers.
the engineer that came out seemed to know exactly what the issue was and found that it was not the compressor after all, but with a bent pipe that restricted enough pressure (psi) to the compressor. he was very through in his testing, and kept my new kitchen floor very clean the whole time.
and they managed to get warranty company to pay everything. my refrigator works great now with no problems. i am glad i was nice to them. they really helped me.
if you need top quality service, this is great company.

When I called for the service, the customer service said the charge will be $75 including the checking fee and labor fee. The part is way over charged after I paid the fee and there is an another labor fee of over $80.
The service guy called Jacob is a liar and a fraud. Stay away from this service. You will end up paying more than a new dryer.
I would give a negative star if I could.

The water dispenser valve goes bad on our fridge, it sticks on all the time so will flood the house if it wasnt shut off at the valve. We call the house warranty company & they send out Electric Express.
I get home to find the technicians van blocking my driveway even though theres a parking spot directly behind him.
He doesnt have a flashlight so I loan him one.
He doesnt know how to cut a piece of copper tubing to make the connection from the water valve to our fridge's water dispenser so I have to cut the piece for him & make the compression fittings (that I also had to supply) work.
He uses pliers on the brass fitting to tighten the nuts which completely mangles the fitting & it still leaks when he leaves so I have to re-tighten them.
He doesnt clean up the mess he made on our kitchen floor.
He doesnt take the failed parts with him.
Its like they gave this guy a van, instruction book for our fridge & the parts to replace without any training.
When I ask him why he blocks the driveway when theres a parking spot right behind him, he just kinda shrugs it off saying there wasnt a spot even though the spot was still there (& is always there).
The only enjoyment I got was when he initially came to look at the water dispenser & turned on the valve which promptly sprayed his back with water (I warned him!!).
If it wasnt for the fact that our house still has the warranty so we pay $50 for repairs, I wouldve kicked him out.
I know these guys arent plumbers but neither am I, I think they should know how to operate a compression fitting since they use those for fridge water dispensers & should have some basic social skills.
The water dispenser does work so I guess they did the job, I just know to never let them in our house again.
