This shop has vases of fresh flowers, open bottles ready for tasting and a staff that knows olives. Most oils are made from olives direct from Stonehouse's 100-year-old groves, with no middleman to raise prices. The specialty is a low-acid, extra-virgin blend. Citrus-flavored oils have whole lemons, limes or blood oranges crushed in the vats. It also makes spicy chili dipping sauces and cabernet vinegar, and sells pouring spouts and decorative bottles.
