Berkeley chocolatier Scharffenberger's signature dark chocolate is just one of the decadent choices in this densely packed temple to the cocoa gods. In addition to its six varieties of house chocolate, the wood shelves are piled high with cocoa powder, chocolate bars, whole cocoa nibs and vanilla sugar. Also on hand are dessert cookbooks, vintage posters celebrating the cocoa bean and truffle-making tools.
