Two of my friends used this florist for their wedding and, wow, what an expensive disappointment! The owner was sick the day of the wedding, and did not leave clear instructions for his assistant as to what orders were due when. When they arrived to pick up their flowers, nothing was ready... absolutely nothing. Not one of the seven bridal party boutiques, not one of the fifteen-plus boutonnieres/corsages, not even the bride's boutique. The husband of one of the bridesmaids actually had to help the assistant so that everything would be ready in time for the ceremony. The boutonnieres were incorrectly labeled and subsequently were not handed out properly. The groom's boutonniere was not correct (wrong flower was used and was smaller than the groomsmen boutonnieres) and the bride's boutique was falling apart even before the ceremony started. She literally had to hold it together the entire ceremony. The assistant did not properly cut the floral wire around the stems of the bride's boutique, so the bride ended up with snags all over the front of her wedding dress as well as small cuts all over her hands. When the bride discussed this with the owner after the wedding, all that man had to say was, and I quote, "Thanks for letting me know". He offered no refund or credit for the incorrect flowers or the incredible inconvenience he and his shop caused. He didn't even offer up an apologize. Steer clear of this establishment. Obviously, the reason they're overpriced is ego-related and NOT because they offer the best floral arrangements or good customer service. To the owner, I ask you this; How do you sleep at night knowing you deliberately rip off good citizens of San Francisco?
