I often stop by Mikado after working out (24-Hour Fitness is right across the street) for their happy hour (half off drinks, selected rolls for $2 and appetizers for $3) and I have yet to be disappointed. The happy hour deals are fantastic and the food is delicious, particularly the ebi kabob-type appetizer. I always feel welcome and never rushed by the staff. Easy to get to on the 27 bus line, too.

Mikado Sushi in San Francisco is a great restaurant for a quiet meal in the city. The restaurant is small and it was not crowded, the interior has a modern feel to it, the service was good, and the food was great.The price of the food was very affordable and you get a lot for a reasonable price. It came out to be able $12 a person including tax.

We live literally a few blocks away so I am a little biased, but the sushi is truly to die for! The sushi is pretty good too. I also like the decorations inside. It's super cool. also this is one of the place that I love to go coz of the fast service...
