Very good quality service and great service. I have been to a few Blu White locations in San Carlos, San Mateo and Foster City and i have found them very reliable and provide very good and friendly service.

Poor customer service. Went in to pick up & pay for my drycleaning; handed the clerk a coupon. He refused to honor it because their (ridiculous) policy is that you have to show the coupon when you drop off your clothes. But instead of nicely explaning this to me, he was very rude. Needless to say, I will not and do not recommend going there.
