Dishonest Business. Beware. This place ripped off my buddy. He purchased a weekend couples massage, but Belbien told him they would get massages in two separate rooms, then refused to refund their cash. This place might be good for a special finish, but not for the respectable public.

Deluxe spa service. I have been Belbien Day Spa for the past 5 years. I started getting massage there in every week to help my boby condition. This place is referraled by my Dr. who is Belbien's regular custermers. This spa is the best spa I ever try because they have the excellent ,wonderful and best masseurs and beautician when I want to relieve my stress and takecare my skin, I went there.iAlso, the waxing - super fast and less pain. In sum, go try this spa and you will know what i am talking about.

I just finish a spa package with facial and massage in Belbien. the service is really good. i feel my face so clean . also, i got the best massage in there. you guys need to try it out. supper!!!!!!!!

Very Rude Receptionist.......I guess they don't want more clients. I called today to schedule an appointment since I was going to be in the area and the receptionist said something I never thought could come out of a business's mouth. I wanted to schedule an appointment for a massage and they said they don't need anymore business and they didn't want anymore clients. After they said that, they just hung up the phone before I could speak...

Lovely retreat. I never knew that there was a spa in the Laurelwood shopping center, I recent found out about this location by a referral from a friend of mine. She told me that this spa gives the best facials and massages. I just went there today and tried out what my friend recommended. The facial was the best I ever had! After the facial, my skin was glowing, rehydrated, and smooth as silk. After facial, I decided to try the waxing there. I needed one and I didn't want to make another appointment for waxing at my usual place. I had to wax my eyebrow, lip, full leg, and Brazilian. Because of the facial, I had high expectation. To no surprise, it was great. It was fast, clean and painless. It usually take the place I go to about 45 min just for the Brazilian wax. But ,Vivian the person who did my facial and waxing, only took 15 mins. Overall, I had a great experience. If you want a very efficient, clean, and painless waxing, you have to see this gal. I love this place, very cozy. The environment is very Zen. No doubt about it, I WILL go back try the massage with my husband next week.

Great customer service, very cozy, the best massage I had in a very long time. I've tried all the massages there and all of them was excellent! Highly recommended. Once you try it you WILL be hooked!. I have traveled to many countries and tried all type of massages. The really like the true massages, ones that make you feel like a new person afterward, the ones that really dig deep into pressure points and muscles. That's how 'kinks' and stress are relieved, Belbien is the place that does all of that. I've tried numerous places within the Bay Area but no place has provided the service that this place a has provided. Although I like hard massages, my wife likes the softer massages, she said this place has great Swedish massage. Facials and the Hot Stone massage is 'to die for'. All in all we had a great experience. Hope your's is great as ours.
