After-hours dance club inside a posh SoMa restaurant..
In Short
Located upstairs from Roe restaurant, this late-night spot hosts rotating weekend events--everything from high-energy DJs to bachelor parties. Admission is typically $20 and sushi-centric cuisine is available, along with a host of specialty cocktails, including top-shelf margaritas and a Passion Mojito ($9.50). The small dance floor is surrounded by a smattering of seating options: private nooks (available by reservation only), marble tables and designer couches.

First of all, Prive is three levels. the top level is a dance floor, and the djs are always fun. it gets crowded, esp. around the bar, but the bartenders and drinks are nice. the ground level is where the restaurant is during the evening, then cleared. So it starts off as a relaxed chilling out atmosphere, then can become dancy later (sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't). Downstairs is the most loungy-dance part. There's dancing down there, but also nice couches to relax on.
I've never had a bad experience there! Dancing, drinks, cute people. good stuff.

Great Place. If you want to just chill or dance the night away, this is the place to go. The decor is incredible. I feel like I am in Vegas when I am there and never want to leave. It is just so classy and full of eye candy. I definitly recommend checking this place out. It is worth its cover.

prive' is perfect!!!.
this is by far the most elegant nightclub we've ever been to.
everything about this place exumes SEXY!
VIP booths, leopard bar,oversized mirrors.
just felt so comfortable there.
the crowd was equally as sexy too.
a definite winner hands down.
love the fact that you can order sushi with the bootle service and have everything we needed on the spot.
we will have many nights celebrating with friends there!

Hot In Da Hot Tub. This place is swank! Some many good looking people and awesome energy. I went there for the grand opening with a posse and everyone had a good time. Heavy buy recommendation on this one!
