Casual local goodness,,, every day!. I'm such a fan of this place! No willpower to stay away from here as far as Salada Cafe is concerned.

More discoveries here today:

If you order ginger in their fresh juices guess what? Yes that right! The ginger is ground in fresh with you order. The Carrot-Ginger is very good.

Salada's fresh made Coconut-Chicken-Lemongrass soup is very tasty and just right for a summer season soup. It's lighter bodied done Thai style, except no spiciness.

The good ole BLT is also well constructed here. You want your bacon a little limp? You want it crispier that pork rinds? Either way Salada can handle the order. Try the BLT with white rye. It's great!

Cafe Salada. I have to strongly disagree with the previous reviewer, I have always found the food to be excellent, hearty, and extremely tasty. The ambience reminds me of a Vermont cafe/general store and the service is always friendly.

Nice Coffee House. This is a nice place to hang out, have a cup of coffee and watch the open mic night. However, eat somewhere else because the food here is terrible. They usually have some live bands playing here which is nice.
