view & uploadAnother Pacific Catch craving!. I have eaten dinner before and then when my roommates begin discussing picking up Pacific Catch... I actually contemplate eating a second dinner!!! Every item I've tried has been delicious... my absolute favorite is the wasabi poke bowl! It gets really crowded but is definitely worth any wait!
Wonderful. Tables are a bit too close for comfort BUT worth it! It's a must have. The bar area in my opinion is the best place to eat because you have the cooks to entertain you. My suggestion would be getting there early enough to get a table because they do not take reservations.
Great Seafood Joint!. I heard about this place in Seattle, and had to check it out...such a great little restaurant. I could tell it was a local favorite (Marina neighborhood). This place has a crazy value attached to some really cool food. Asian, mexican, california, hawaiian...all grilled fish-based. Servers are fun, too. Tiny place, not for more than 3-4. Counter is perfect for 1 or 2. Worth a look.
great for takeout. the restaurant is tiny! but the fish is amazing, you must, must try their sweet potato fries, they are soooo good.
Great Food, Great Price!!!. Inexpensive meals that satisfies your hunger! Small, chic restaurant with cozy atomosphere. Try their fish tacos ---they are yummy in my tummy!
Wasabi Ahi Sandwich is the best!. One of the first places I ate in San Francisco was Pacific Catch. I got the Wasabi Ahi Sandwich and the fiancee got the Grilled Salmon Teriyaki Rice Bowl. Although I was not too impressed by the teriyaki rice bowl, the salmon was fresh and tasted great and the portions were good. The Wasbi Ahi Sandwich on the otherhand was Excellent! The tuna was fresh, and was excellently paired with ginger, avocado, daikon sprouts, and wasabi mayo. The ciabatta bread was warm, just a bit crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside, not to mention the excellent sesame cole slaw side. And you must pair everything with some Sweet Potato fries!
Pacific Catch is a great catch. You have to try the salads with the poke, the wasabi bowls and the fried sweet potatos with the tangy dip. The food, tasty as it is creative, is fresh and the service is friendly. You certainly get your money's worth at Pacific Catch. Even the prices of the dishes are reasonable. But good luck trying to find parking nearby.
Excellent Seafood Spot. I saw this little restaurant on Citysearch prior to my trip to San Fran. We stopped in for lunch as an alternative to eating at the Wharf, and it was certainly the right decision! Excellent, fresh tacos, great sweet potato fries and the ahi wasabi rice bowl was excellent. The service was tops and friendly. Cheap eats for fresh seafood in San Fran and it was on a very charming street. Afterward we went down to Union Street and walked the shops. A perfect afternoon!
In the mood for seafood.... but not sure how you want it served? Pacific Catch is the place to go. Partner and I had a hankerin' for seafood, so we checked this place out. A variety of dishes made this a great place for folks who like different cuisines. The place wasn't really crowded for a Friday night, but the service was a bit inattentive. We started with Coconut Encrusted Shrimp - a bit too much coconut for my taste, but still nice. I had tacos - salmon and shrimp. Very flavorful. Partner had an ahi rice bowl. Plentiful portion of his dish made it tough to finish. We both enjoyed our meals and, contrary to other reviews, we found the prices quite reasonable. We look forward to returning and trying some other dishes.
