Just to let you know the service is improving.

It is casual beyond most places, so make yourself at home, get a glass of water or chai. A couple of nice young guys are doing a much better job of serving. They will get to you and you will get your dinner. Relax. But that isn't why we drive across the bridge to eat here. It's the food. Just so you know-- It is that good.

best chicken tikka masala in town for the price

The service is SLOW, and there tends to be a wait for a table if you go during the dinner rush. But the food is amazing, just like the price. This is a great place to go if you are with someone you can hold a nice LONG conversation with. I will continue to go back time after time.

Great food, awful service

how much can one sacrifice for good food? my first time at lahore karahi, my friends and I waited a full hour and a half after ordering until our food came. my second time, was a more manageable 30 minutes. my third and final trip, they stuffed my girlfriend and i into a corner table with no space despite plenty of available tables. i have to say that this place has really good food, but has probably the worst service in the city. take a chance at your own risk. i think i'll just be going to shalimar.
