Good food, good price, delicious. No wonder this place is full of locals, but I also see some tourists coming in. The food is so yummy at Utopia Cafe, especially the rice in claypot. The serving is very generous and it is sizzling hot. My friend that took me here also ordered some specially prepared shark fin soup which is so delicious.

I eat out all the times and this place will be one of my regulars for sure, the price is very reasonable.

This restaurant is in an alley way. Street parking is difficult. I suggest parking in the Portsmouth Square garage which they would validate your parking with minimum $30 check.
