unethical property management. I had to file an elderly abuse claim because they were taking advantage of our landlord. They made several unnecessary improvements to our building and failed to make the necessary improvements such as pest control, rodent feces clean up, etc. Our landlord isn?t even coherent of the request they are making. I am not sure she even understands how much of her money they are taking. It is a shame when our community does not protect our elderly. communications.
