they're the very best!. a very reliable company. i've tried about 4 other daycare companies throughout the bay area and so far, they're the very best!
Couldn't be happier - these guys are great!. We're having an excellent experience with Fog City. We've been bringing our dog here regularly for the last month and couldn't be happier. My dog has a great time (love being able to check in on him with the doggie cam), the staff couldn't be nicer and I feel like they really love my dog. I checked out a couple of different places but I was so impressed with Byron at Fog City during our initial interview that we chose these guys. And, the other dogs that come here are great, making for a really nice environment! Very highly recommend!…
The Extra Mile. I have been bringing my dogs here from the Mission for close to five years. They have always been treated like they were a member of their own family. I've never experienced rudeness, but I have seen the place be super busy. Any time I have ever talked to the employees about a problem or a concern they either answered me or had the guys who own the place call me. If you think the place smells, its probably because they care for the dogs where you can see them, not hidden away like some other places I have tried. My dogs run in the door here but not at SFHL or PP and definitely not Wag. When I was late they offered to drive my dog home - sure I had to pay for it, but it is still a nice option.…
Smelly and crowded. I agree with the other reviews. This is a horrible excuse for a dog day care. There is no "care" in this place, to say the least. The people were rude and did not care the least bit about my dog. I would recommend keeping your dog home during the day and hiring a dog-walker. At $20 dollars a day for a dog-walker, it's cheaper than putting your dog in a cement cell block.…
Do NOT Bring Your Dogs Here!.
Our two dogs came home with Kennel Cough. As you know, that is highly contagious among dogs.
When we contacted the owners, he said he did not care, it was not his problem and was exremely rude. It is his problem if dogs are coming out with kennel cough.
There are too many dogs in a small building with no outdoor area and poor ventilation. Do not bring your dog here.…
