Great selection, not very knowledgeable staff. Perhaps my judgement was clouded after working with extremely educated jewellers at David Clay and Stuart Moore, but as I continued my walk down Union Street in search of the perfect wedding bands, I stopped at Simayof to experience somewhat of a "mall-like" jewelry store experience. First, the woman behind the counter looked at my ring and exclaimed what size she thought it "must be". She was almost 1/2 a carat off...thinking that she was just a bad judge of diamonds, I continued to work with her only to feel like she was trying to sell me anything in the store. She even tried to dissuade me from sizing a ring that was blatantly too big. I really liked the selection so I'm going to give them a second chance
