Editorial Review for The Dog's Bollix – by Tienlon Ho
In Short
At first, everyone who came here spoke Gaelic, but nowadays, this old-world pub draws clientele as diverse as the surrounding neighborhood. But its Irish roots still run deep, as evidenced by the collection of Irish football jerseys, shrine to the Pogues, and inebriated guy calling for another "wee glass." The wood-paneled space is not large, so late nights, the pool table gets pushed aside to make room for a DJ and new world jigging.
