Richmond cafe serves Hong Kong-style tea house specialties into the wee hours.. In Short
This raucous snack bar is the sort of place you rarely find outside of Asia. Young 20-somethings crowd the linoleum tables late nights to pore over the latest (complimentary) import magazines and to watch Chinese dating gameshows on the flatscreen. They also come for the delectable snacks, almost all of which are under $5. While some dishes are familiar (fried egg and ham sandwich), the best are the uniquely Chinese treats such as the sesame dumplings swimming in almond milk and pickled cabbage with sliced pork.
