Horrible Customer Service.
HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE.
I was misleaded to come in for an appointment when I was told that Dr. Kaymen does do a liquid nitrogen spray treatment. This treatment for acne has been in use for years and is still in practice, however, Dr. Kaymen told me that it was no longer in use, she had never heard of such a thing and even implied that my last doctor was worsening the situation and that he was somewhat of a "rogue dermatologist."
I was charged for a "no show" fee that was not my fault. The receptionist claimed she called and left a message that she changed my appointment, but she had never confirmed this with me. I was charged for the appointment. And when I called to explain the situation I was greeted with rude and sass by the receptionist, and told my credit card that I had used the one time I went to visit Dr. Kaymen, would be charged.
Is this an example of good customer service? It's a sure way to establish customer loyalty, isnt it?
Anyway, on top of the faulty charge, I was told that my acne outbreak specifically on my chin was due to "hormones" when in fact, all acne breakouts are due, partly, to hormones, not just the chin. Your hormones do not and cannot target just one specific area on your face, what the hell was she talking about?
Take your chances, but I'm never going back. I was treated very poorly, without any respect.
