We also recently bought a house (scary) and let me tell you... the homeowners insurance was a breeze to set up! Being young buyers there is soooo much we didn't know about the whole process. Eva worked us up a quote and really made sure we knew what the best coverages would be (we have a special needs dog, so ya don't wanna any suprises there). I would highly recommend Traci and her team!!!

I just wanted to take a moment to write today to let you know that I sincerely appreciate and thank both your team and the corporate team at State Farm for their superb service over the last month.

As you know, I recently had an auto accident which was very unexpected and was no fault of my own. From the claims intake to the corporate assistance, I was very pleased with the 100% perfect response I received. I was astonished at how quickly the process went. What could have been a tortuous process turned into a very seamless and easy process. From your office to the call center at Team #4, everyone was completely aware of the situation and there was never any confusion, wait times, lag or misinformation.

I am a complete believer in State Farm and wanted to thank you.

Gracias por hacer esta experiencia facil y placentera. Despues de estar con diferentes companias, pagando mas de lo que supuestamente teniamos que ahorar, decidi buscar otra aseguransa y fue asi como tubimos el placer de conocer a la Sr, Mercedes Jones Mil gracias por ofrecernos un servicio de calidad y por tener la paciensia de explicarnos la cobertura con detalle. highly recommended. Traci and her team, rock! I believe in specifically elaborating so you can make up your own mind. When I first when to visit Traci, over 6 years ago, she impressed me by conducting a full review of all my policies (auto, umbrella, renters, home owners, etc.). Traci met with me for more than 2 hours and we became friends. She advised me where she could and could not save me money (more were she could than not, for sure!) and, she advised me on which policies in specific amounts that she would recommend, deductions to take, etc. Traci introduced me to a slew of banking products that were extremely competitive, and won me over - State Farm has so much to offer. I liked her and her operations. I later learned that she started with State Farm over 18 years ago and started in the mailroom. Talk about a dedicated individual with tenacity and humility - she is it. Whenever I have a new Real Estate client, I ask about their specific needs and recommend they spend time with Traci. She even will make a trip to the home to conduct an audit and account for all the safety and related issues within the home before she writes a policy. I highly recommend Traci Hollander and her team at State Farm.

No Pressure Insurance Agent. Insurance is one of those things you don' t like to think about, but have to deal with. Traci is very friendly and knowledgeable. She doesn?t do the hard sell and State Farm has been a good company.
