The Scene
The airy, modern interior features lofty ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a wide-open, comfortable feel throughout. Elegant floors and fixtures are cut from bamboo; colors are smoky and sophisticated. A front salon features six modular hair stations and is lined with built-in couches tossed with soft pillows. In back, a quiet, candlelit corridor leads to six luxe treatment rooms, including a couple's suite and "wet room" for scrubs and wraps.
The Services
A staff of 35 stylists, estheticians and massage therapists--most of them professional educators--cater to the city's fashion-forward men and women here, and host more fashion shows and corporate events than any spa in the city. Star-worthy specialties include an aromatherapy oxygen bar; top-tier haircuts, color, and styling; superior eyebrow and other waxing; and an impressive array of modern face, body and massage treatments.

Autumn is a premier colorist. She does amazing work --it's all she does and she does it brilliantly--designing color to fit with your skin and eyes. She will ever so gently deter you from making horrible mistakes and is great at correcting color. My hair looks fabuloso after she does her magic--and the way she balances highlights and lowlights makes my thin hair look fuller. She is an unsung talent on the hair scene.

I had a shiatsu massage from Ana and she was fantastic! Very strong hands, very professional. She absolutely knows what she's doing and she cares. I was offered wine and a stay at the oxygen bar as soon as I walked in, which was such an added treat. The room was quiet and I will definitely go back to Ana again.

Paula is No. 1, A++++. Every touch is gentle with enough pressure to work out your entire body. Every touch is done with care and preciseness. When she walks on you, it is so gentle, it doesn't feel like she's walking on you. Her customer service is unsurpassable. She treats her clients like royalty. She doesn't have to, but that is her way. She is Outstanding...I go to Spa Bar to have Paula's magical treatment. Highly recommended!!!!
