Artist Chief. The Chief is a true artist! I bow down to him! Each cake that comes out of that kitchen is a masterpiece. Sometimes I don’t want to even eat it because it looks so beautiful. But when I do bite into it it’s delicious and I savior every bite. It’s not too sweet and just perfect.

The BEST Tasting, Most Beautiful Wedding Cake. THE Cake Maker is as close to perfection as it comes.

Pastry Chef/Baker Extraordinaire Bala crafted an amazing wedding cake for our Big Day. It was the icing on a perfect day.

We and all of our guests LOVED the cake. I love sweets. I eat a lot of 'em, but the one Bala whipped up was not only beautiful but managed to be both decadent and light. With three days notice we had the most amazing cake I've ever eaten. It was the capper of a truly perfect day.

I can't wait for the next excuse to treat myself to another of Bala The Cake Maker's slice of heaven.

My husband & I were married at City Hall on June 17 along with 160 other same-sex couples. As we planned our wedding the city was abuzz with well-wishers and congratulations--Bala among them. Doing business with him was delight. I was a pleasure doing business with him.
