Why go with anyone else???. If you need any chimney work, these guys are the best! Called around to get prices, not only were they they cheapest, but they were also able to come the day I called!

They were super clean and very quick. I even got on my roof to check out what they were doing (I am sure that is not the norm) and while I was up there Tony helped me fix an exhaust crown on my roof, which had nothing to do with the chimney. Talk about a good guy!

A true gem when it comes to customer service. Seriously, try them out for yourself.... in my opinion, there is no way you can be dissatisfied. Kudos to their professionalism!!

Not reliable. The cleaner never kept the appointments.

The first time, they had a window of 9-11 and were supposed to call an hour before arriving. At 10:10 I hadn't heard anything and called the main office and was told "they were on their way" but no explanation of why I hadn't received a call or when they would arrive. I chose to reschedule.

Today, they had a window of 8-9. I got a call at 7:45 saying the guy was leaving now. I asked if he had the direction I'd emailed and he said, no, he had Mapquest directions. At 8:55 he pulled up. I told him I expected him 45 minutes ago, and he said he had the wrong directions. When I reminded him about the directions I emailed, he turned around and left.

I am so glad I did not give them a credit card number or actually have them do any work - they seem really irresponsible. I don't think they deserve any stars as they don't actually show up to work.
