The Best Hair artists in San Carlos, ca.. You come out of this salon feeling complete and whole. I went to get help for my hair was bleached twice and I needed it to be toned down. Eleana looked at my eyebrows and examined my roots for my natural color and she weaved low lights of my natural color to tone down the bleach. She is helping me grow out my naturel silver/grey and in doing so she low lighted some of my natural dark brown into the blonde which blends well with the outgrowth. All the beauticians in this salon are top notch in their fields. I love watching Kerry cut her clients hair to the styles that fit them perfectly, whether they have fine hair or thick hair or curls or straight. She is really an artist...........................…
