Ming Tree Apartments is an older building complex but very well-maintained. All of the units are two bedrooms and at least 1200 square feet. The owner just relandscaped and spruced up the pool. There's a nice gym as well. I love that you can walk to the upscale downtown Walnut Creek shopping and to the Iron Horse Trail. BART's not far away either. Best of all, the rents are reasonable and the other tenants are great. Very quiet too. Would highly recommend.
