Homestyle Mexican Food in Great Atmosphere. I'm always hesitant to go to Mexican restaurants seeing as its hard to beat my grandmothers authentic Mexican food. But boy, was I glad I did. The food is magnificent and the service unsurpassed. Not to mention the wide array of different drinks and tequila's available in a lively bar. Whether it's a family dinner or a first date, this place is suitable for any occasion. I highly recommend to anyone looking for great food and friendly service.. Just don't tell my grandma!

SIMPLE AND TOO THE POINT: STAY AWAY. GO TO CHEVY'S. NUFF SAID THE BETTER. THE PLACE IS DATED LOOKING, MEXICAN STYLE SETTING, CURRENT OWNER TOOK OVER THE EXSISTING MEXICAN RESTAURANT. FOOD IS POOR TO AVERAGE, THE PLACE NEEDS A SHOT OF IMPROVEMENT, IE, CARPET, PAINT JOB, ETC. YEARS AGO THIS PLACE WAS THE BOMB FOR AFTERWORK DRINKING AND DINNER, BUT THAT WAS THEN AND THIS IS NOW. THE BAR IS A HOLLOW SHELL OF ITS ONCE HAPPENING PLACE.

HAPPY HOUR!!!. First off, I have never done a dinner at this place. I have gone after work with some friends to the bar. We go about once a week and love their happy hour. Sit in the bar and get a free sampler plate with quesdilla, taquitos, nachos and guacomle, all in addition to the normal chips and salsa. How can they do it?! Well considering how long we stay and purchase it's probably easy. I highly recommend gettin some people togethr and going into the bar during happy hour. Get some drinks, chat about and njoy life there. All the servers and the bartenders are great.

GOOD EAT'S "N" DRINKS. MY Wife and i wer hesatent to to try this place b/c of the remarks I read but like yhe old saying go's "dont baleave everything you hear" man our waitress was supper friendly and up beat oh and the size of expresso borrito huge, the mix of tequila strabarries in are drinks beutiful.But like I said dont take my word for give it a try.

Good food, poor service...even with take out. I USED to dine here about every month until the service just got so bad. I've visited 3 other Celia's and this one used to be the best of the 3. The food is still better than most Mexican chains and comparable with family Mexican restaurants, but the service has consistently gotten worse.

Be prepared for rude service and long waits. The servers will ignore you even when you flag them down. My friends and I have since opted to do take out instead. Still, we've had bad service. Apparently they started charging $4 for to go salsa!! My last order was taken very rudely. The manager argued with us about getting salsa for free, as we've gotten previously and was more interested in tracking down and lecturing who gave it to us for free, than bringing out our food.

Enjoy yourself.... If you are looking for good mexican food in a laid back atmosphere this place is great. The food is great, the drink selection is good and the service is very fast. It's a good place for a first date, family dinner or to watch a game on the big screen.

Not Worth It. The food at Celia's is not bad but it is nowhere near good. What is really bad about Celia's is the lackluster service. I have eaten here at least three times and every time the waiter or waitress has basically ignored us.

There are many Mexican restaurants around that are much better than this place so save yourself and your taste buds and go somewhere else.
