Pizza good. Experience Horrible.. Went there with wife and friend around 9pm. The place was empty. Ordered a large pizza, salad and 3 waters. I fill my cup with water and a shot of ice tea for flavor. My wife loads the salad plate, we sit and my wife and I take stabs at the salad. 3 bites into it one of the workers comes up and says "You can't share that salad. You'll have to pay for two salads." I say "are you serious?". Yes.

We are shocked. My upset wife tries to get our money back on the pizza . They tell her too bad. She objects out loud on the way back to our seat.

A large man sits down next to us and starts glaring at my wife. I ask 'are you the manager' he bellows 'I am the owner' without taking his eyes off my wife. I ask 'are you really going to hassle us for salad?'. He says "name me one restaurant that doesn't" We say in unison "Round Table".

He points out my ice tea colored water and says I am stealing sodas. He continues to argue with my wife. I ask him to please get our pizza so we can leave. He says "what you want me to get your raw pizza?". He continues to berate my wife and repeatedly calls her a RETARD and IDIOT. I stand up, after some effort he stands up and I encourage him to back away. His wife is pulling him back warning us that she has already called the cops.

5 minutes later, a nice Belmont officer shows up, gets the stories then tells us our pizza is ready. We get up, dump our salad in a to go box, grab the pizza and walk outside. The officer hints that this call was laughable.

I want to reiterate: At no time did the owner ask/tell us to leave. We tried to leave earlier and get our money back on the pizza. I asked for our pizza and instead get a snide comment.

AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS!!

There is a Mountain Mikes a few miles south in Redwood City. 120 El Camino.

I'm almost sure the owner wont yell at your wife and call her a retard, and they likely wont call the cops on you for sharing a salad with your wife.
