I was at the match. Lucky I came across this message, I was at the match as well. Mr Ferando was obviously in the wrong on all questioinable calls and continued throughout the rest of the season to carry on with his awful gamesmenship. Its to bad but the guy is a real j***. As for Mr Waibel his actions were justified and the loss to such an awful player could only have come from that of a cheater. Waibel carried his team the rest of the way through the season with the same class and dignity he has shown in his 30 years of tennis greatness. Expect bigger and better things moving forward. Hes is ranked in the top 25 in the Nation in the Mens 30 and over.

As for his kids they know the truth, the guy he played is a complete con-artist.

Super bad attitude Todd H. Waibel. I strongly agree with the last review posted. This individual is not fit to be working with the public let alone playing on the tennis court with decent good men. His attitude is always like that when he is losing a game. He cheats to win, and will cheat at anything to get what he wants even if it means kicking another person under a bus, he'll do it. He seems to hate people of Asian decent. I've talked to another player who is from the Philipine Islands and he said Mr. Waibel also cheated in his game, but eventually lost. Im very happy to see that this member of the team he played had the time and guts to post what this man is doing. I'm surprised he has a daughter. The poor girl had to see her father make a fool of himself. I hope this greivance that was filed will teach him some lessons in life. But hearing what I have heard about him, I doubt it will. Tennis anyone??

Bad Attitude Waibel..... Mr. Waibel: Your sportsmanship today on the tennis court was a disgrace to the game. I can't believe you had the nerve to go to your opponents side to dispute a call, swear in his face, and tease his ethnicity by saying the score in a handicapped fashion with your fingers. It serves you right that you lost and I hope you lose many other matches to come. You disgraced your teammates as well as your daughter and Mr. Hernandez's daughter who was watching you throw a fit while swearing out loud. In case you didn't notice your daughter left after your break down and sat in your car listening to music. I wonder why she left? What an embarrassment. You owe your opponent a huge apology as well as the rest of your teammates whom I talked to that decided not to watch you play because of your attitude and terrible sportsmanship. A grievance will be filed and I hope that one day you find the true meaning of team tennis and good sportsmanship. I suggest you add your loss today to your stats on your web page. What a joke, 2008 isn't looking to good for you so far. If you keep up the bad sportsmanship I suggest you leave your family at home. Good luck with the rest of your season!!!
