Worst service ever!!!. I've ordered online from DiNapoli's quite a number of times, each time the delivery time was somewhere between 40-50 mins. However, today will be my very last day ordering from DiNapoli's because I waited over 1 1/2 hours for my pizza. Prior to receiving my cold pizza with minimal or missing toppings, I had called twice inquiring the whereabouts of my order. The person on the phone kept ensuring my pizza was on its way. I didn't mind that the pizza was delivered so late, but when you deliver a cold pizza with my favorite topping missing, I had to draw the line. No apology from DiNapoli's either because their excuse was that they were busy!!! The pizza was extra salty too!! It's too bad because they actually had potential to be one of the better Italian places in SSF!

Too late and Too salty!!!!. Well, I use to think that DiNapoli's was a good place to get my lunch and dinners from,

BUT! I have changed my mind. For those of you that will be using the online ordering,

BE AWARE OF LATE DELIVERY TIME.

I have ordered several times online and my order was anywhere from 30 to 50 minutes past the time I requested and I had made my request an hour plus before hand.

On Top Of that the food was EXTREEEEMELY SALTY. It was so salty my mouth was burning.

I wish them luck and hope they better their delivery and cooking of food.

Fantastic!. This is an authentic style pizza place. Not for the cardboard substitutes. This stuff is fresh, tasty, and very well presented. I would take the entire family here. The prices are good. There are a lot of good pizza places around, but you can't do much better than this.

Best Pizza in the Peninsula!. This is an amazing little place in downtown South San Francisco. They have probably the best pizza in the peninsula. Delivery is quick as well. Their pizza Luganega with a glass of their house red is my favorite. Their italian sausage is great! Highly recomended!

NEVER go to DiNapoli. I purchased a pizza from Dinapoli and when we arrived home after picking it up, we opened the box to find a burned pizza and with no pepperoni (I had ordered a pepperoni and extra topping)! I immediately called Di Napoli. After providing her with my name, cashier insisted that she needed to know my husband's name, even though the order was not placed in his name! After placing me on hold on numerous occasions and for lengthy periods of time, she claimed that I did not place the order ! I asked her how could she forget that she had spoken to me just 20 min prior! She then placed me on hold again and when she came back on line, she mumbled "20%". I told her I didn't understand. She then placed me on hold again and informed me that if I go back, she would give me a new pizza. I then refused her offer and asked her why I was charged the extra topping (when main topping was not on pizza), why I was given a burned pizza, and that I found her offer of 20% discount for a burned pizza ridiculous!

I then mailed a letter to owner/manager. He replied with a letter requesting me to call him. I did with no reply. I then called again and instead of offering me what I thought would be the return of money for the burned pizza, he stated that he would fire his employees. I stated that my intent in phone call was not to jeapardize anyones job and besides, I did not blame the employees. I thought the owner should be responsible and thus, he took no responsibility. What a shame. I mentioned to him to keep in mind that when he loses one loyal customer, he loses more! He just concentrated on his employees...NEVER AGAIN WILL I NOR MY FAMILY RETURN TO DI NAPOLIS!!

Finally, affordable AND delicious italian food. I have been searching the peninsula for a solid Italian food restaraunt that was also affordable, and Di Napoli is the place. I've now had several dishes here, and all have been very good. The pizza margherita holds true to the italian style (no tomato sauce), and the fresh mozzerella is delicious. The crust is a bit thicker than it should be, but it doesn't detract from the pizza. The pasta bolognese and the scallop spaghetti are also great. I can't wait to try another dish there.

Good eats. Although this restaurant is on the smaller side, it has some delicious entrees. My favorite is the rigatoni bolognese... so tasty! This is also a great place for take-out or delivery! It's a great place for a quick lunch or a nice dinner.
