Watch Out for those...... I have stayed at this hotel many times on a last minute trip to europe and asia and the nigguh ( the other blacks) check in staff, they are rude and obnoxious. They cant just check you in/out easy and hassle free, always have that nigguh ghetto attitude. also, just in FYI..... I have asked for any restaurant recommendation within the area and they alwasy refer me to that italian restaurant, (scala, i think) the hotel restaurant, as if its the only restaurant in the area. That restaurant is now closed but still refer me to the other inhouse restaurants. sale, sale, sale.

They have a free shuttle bus TO/FROM the airport that runs every 15 mins.

great service. We conducted a donor brunch in this hotel last June. The food was very tasty and the customer service was exceptional. There was a problem about the machine that validates the parking ticket at that time, so instead of paying, they decided to open up the parking lot for us, so we all parked for free!: )

One of the nicest San Francisco Airport area hotels.. The Scene
This high-rise resides along the Bayshore Highway with all the other large airport business hotels. But it sets itself apart with upscale interiors and superlative business services.

The Details
The property centers on a futuristic-looking glass atrium filled with lush tropical plants, water channels and waterfalls. Guest rooms are spacious and modern, with free high-speed wireless Internet access, two-line speaker phones and video messaging. A full business center and over 50,000 square-feet of meeting space cater to conference-goers. The hotel's highlights include the Knuckles Historical Sports Bar, with 27 TV monitors, and a huge freeform swimming pool.

HUGE HYATT. This Hotel is Huge ! Hotel offers serene, quiet, calm atmosphere. The rooms are roomier than normal. staff are friendly. The Hyatt shuttle is just less than a block from domestic terminal. received my account summary on my door step the next morning. The coffe maker is really a portable & disposable one...and I mean disposable.
