Lower end of the boutiques. I love hotels from the Kimpton Group family, and this one almost made it. The lobby is fun, the location is great, the wine reception every night from 5-6pm is enjoyable, but the rooms are lacking. We got a great rate on Hotwire. If you are staying for a longer time than maybe a few nights, I would reccommend one of the bigger hotels. The rooms here are just too small, and the bathroom is 5x3'. The valet though is the worst in the city! They left our windows open during the rainstorm wherever it is that they parked my car, and when we got in there were water drops everywhere, and the seats in the front were drenched!! Park down the street in a gargage that has overnight service or don't rent a car, it's not worth the $30 they charge a night for parking!
