best Chinese in San Carlos and they Deliver. The Flower Drum has new owners and has really turned there food and service around in 2007. They have great lunch specials from 11:30am -2:30 pm.. this is the best way to try a bunch of their signature dishes. I have been frequenting this small chinese restaurant(there are two others just down the street but no where as good) for the last 6 months, since the new owners have opened the doors and everything, and i mean everything, has always been very, very good. Try the Fried Calamari starter, Sizzzling Crispy Noodle Combo, Honey Walnut Prawns(as good as the best I have had in five star restaurants), also the MuShu pork or mixed vegetable is perfect for a late morning meal.
