Dissapointment. I had a very disappointing experience with this place.

I went to the store and was helped by a very pleasant woman. She helped me pick out a nice arrangement for my mom's birthday. I was a little put off by how expensive it was, but it was the last minute, and hey, it is my mom.

I found out the next day that the orchids were not delivered. Nobody from the store even called me. When I finally got hold of someone, they said their delivery person had a problem with the delivery. Well, first of all, my mom's apartment has a 24-hour doorman and second, they had my phone number on record just in case there was a problem.

They did apologize and offered to give me a discount a try the delivery again. Guess what? They still did not deliver it. I have just called them back again (again, they have not called me) and I can't wait to hear what they have to say this time.

I just checked google reviews and there were others that had the same experience as I did.

Stunning, stunning, did I mention stunning?. First and foremost, that is one adorable dog they have but on with the flowers.

While I'm not one to be especially impressed or appreciative of floral arrangements, the minute my wife took me through the doors, I was blown away. While this is definitely not the cheapest place I've ever been, this is one of the few times I would say the cost is justified by the beauty and uniqueness.

I could go on and on about the beauty but you have to see it to fully understand and believe it.

Very Beautiful Orchids!. I ordered an orchid for my Mother for Mother's Day & decided to treat myself too. What a treat it was - I could not be happier with how quickly they arrived and how perfectly they were packaged (especially for traveling across the country)! I have ordered from Beautiful Orchids since and will continue to do so. I highly encourage you to check them out!!

Terrible Company!!!. I ordered orchid supplies over the internet almost 4 MONTHS ago. I received a general acknowlegement of my order via email (didn't itemize what I ordered)....and then NOTHING. When my package didn't arrive after several weeks, I emailed customer service, called and left several voice messages on both the customer service (long-distance) and order lines (toll-free) for my order status. I received no response of any kind. Finally, I called both numbers and emailed my order cancellation, and I ordered what I needed from Hauserman. Well...today the package arrived -- MONTHS LATER (and no e-mail notification of my order shipment)! FedEx is coming back tomorrow to return Beautiful Orchid's package, and I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. Beautiful Orchids may know how to run a retail location, but I would STEAR CLEAR of ordering through the mail or the internet. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to voice messages, and they don't respond to email. Don't give them your credit card information or your money unless you have your items in hand. BAD, BAD business practice!!!!!!

Truly unique. I highly recommend making a turn off Fillmore to select an orchid that will undeniably accentuate any home.
