Great atmosphere and nice folks!. As a guy having his first spa experience, I was surprised by how comfortable the folks at Nourish made me feel. The spa is clean and comfortable, and the people there seemed very professional and kind.

More importantly, I was excited to benefit and learn so much from their treatments that are specially tailored for men. My skin care technician offered some great ideas for me to treat and prevent problems with shaving (like cuts and bumps) and the Revitalizer facial I had actually did revitalize me. I left the spa feeling relaxed and my skin felt and looked great.

I highly recommend Nourish to spa novices and spa experts alike.

Your skin will thank you. I recently had a facial at Nourish and I was very, very happy with the results. My skin looked noticeably better and I walked out feeling incredibly relaxed!

I felt pampered from the moment I walked in. The surroundings are elegant yet low-key. My esthetician was professional, friendly and did a great job.

I highly recommend Nourish to anyone looking for an execellent skin care treatment in a relaxing environment. Lucky for me, I live just a few blocks away. I already have my next appointment scheduled.

BART for a Brazilian!. I'm a student over in Berkeley but have a couple of girlfriends who live in the city who convinced me to take BART into the city to try a Brazilian at Nourish. They know I'm picky about where I have this procedure done....well, I wasn't disappointed. Nourish was great! Very clean and well organized, wih friendly therapists. They have three different pots of wax to ensure that the proper wax type is used in the proper area!! I was told that some sort of hard-blue wax was appropriate for this oh-so-sensitive treatment and was thrilled with the results. Try them!

Waxing Debacle. Nourish has nice decor, a friendly staff, and is in a great location.... But when booking an appointment, be sure that your aesthetician is experienced. I recently had a horrible wax.... Although my aesthetician was friendly, I'm not convinced she knew how to give a brazilian. First off, she made me completely remove my underwear and then she & her assistant worked on me simultaneously (very painful to have two 'rips' at once).... In addition, the wax was scalding hot and they didn't know how to apply it in small sections to make the removal process less painful. The end result -- gobs of wax were stuck on me and they literally had to rub my very exposed "area" with oil. ....This is just my objective description of what happened. Again, everyone there was kind and apologetic for the situation, but I'd be cautious about scheduling a wax.

Give it a try!. I had both a fantastic facial and skillful waxing done at Nourish. I loved everything about both treatments...BUT I'm in Boston and therefore am obviously location-challenged! Hence the frustrated rating!!! Please open a location on the east coast!

My first Brazilian. My boyfriend has been after me for months to get the "Brazilian." Well, as a Christmas present for him I thought I'd surprise him. I was really nervous, but the therapist at Nourish put me right at ease. Also, their facility is so clean and tidy that I knew I was in good hands. Beforehand I was briefed about what time of the month "isn't" the right time to have this procedure done, told what to expect...and I won't lie (it isn't for those with a low pain threshold), but the whole experience was actually so professionally handled that I'd go back for the maintenance, which I hear isn't that bad! By the way....my boyfriend LOVED it!!!

Loved the facial!. I recently tried Nourish Skin Care Centre in Noe Valley for a facial. I was very impressed with the treatment and would definitely recommend giving this place a try. My esthetician really took the time with me to discus my skin's needs, and outlined a very specific treatment for me. The faciltiy is very nice, and is kept spotless, plus the beds were so comfortable, and were even heated. I'll go again!

Think twice about brazilians at Nourish. I came to get a brazilian wax since the price was good. The staff was friendly and so was my waxer.

Although I've had brazilians before, this was the longest one I had to endure. The peel off wax is great, and less painful than cloth strips. But in my opinion, a brazilian shouldn't take 45 minutes.

Facials and super waxing. I just had a wonderful facial and expert waxing done at Nourish, a boutiquey-feeling day spa located in Noe Valley. I loved it -- my face has never looked better and the waxing was also great. I felt completely at ease and very well cared for by the great aesthetician. The check-in person was also very cheerful and the place was spotless. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent Waxing. I just had a lot of waxing done at Nourish and would highly recommend it. My therapist really knew her stuff. The place was also kept spotlessly clean, my brows were both styled and waxed, my brazilian was awesome (and I got to choose either a hard wax or strip) and my legs look fab! Put it on your "must try" list -- it's worth it!
