Really the best, most informed Aesthetician in San Francisco. I cannot say enough good things about Yolanda and Rejouvenance. I have been going to her for over 5 years and have always received excellent advice, relaxing and exceptional facials. She does expert waxing and has made me a convert to an experience I thought was worse than Epilady!! Remember those old devices touted as permanent hair removal and it grabbed and pulled your hair out.

Well Yolanda is perfect at waxing and now at IPL a more permanent hair removal system. I get compliments on the clarity of my skin and she is always learning new things. You can't find better in the city and her fees are very reasonable.

Yolanda is wonderful, great spray tan. Spray tan is the best I have ever had. Yolanda spends extra time with you making sure it all looks perfect. She is very diligent and especially accomodating if you need to be fit in and there isn't an appointment online. She has never tried to sell me her products and has even given me little samples for free. I highly recommend Yolanda, she provides the treatement of a European spa without all the fuss.

Supporting local buisness. I love the layed back atmosphere of a neighborhood spa. This allows the technician to meet specific needs vs. corporate protocols that are over priced and generic at larger spas. Small and quaint and they offer a variety of services. Veronica is a great Aesthetician, waxer and massage therapist. I recently got a massage and tried the detoxing dry sauna afterwards. I felt so relaxed and detoxed afterwards. My new favorite spa!!

Great Wax!. I had a wax w/ Yolanda today and she was wonderful and very professional. Definitely going back! Highly recommended by me! Go see her and you won't be dissappointed.

Best Brazilian anywhere. If you're looking for a place for a Brazilian, this is the place to go! The place is neat and clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Yolanda is very friendly and professional. She makes sure that you get the best wax possible. Best of all she'll tell you when to breathe during the wax which helps with the pain. I loved my experience and will definitely be going back!

Do not use their online reservation system!. I booked an appointment online and went through all of the steps and got a confirmation. When I called to confirm my appointment by phone, the receptionist was not at all personable and told me that I did not have an appointment. When I explained my situation, she told me that I had booked the wrong person and so they cancelled my reservation. She did not even try to tell me what other times were available. I'm very glad I called ahead of time because it would have been a waste of time if I had shown up. Just this experience alone makes me not want to try going back.

Awesome Waxing. I've gone to Yolanda for brows and brazilians and she knows what's she's doing. Very quick and pain-free. The spa itself is adorable and is convenient if you live in the neighborhood. The atmosphere is very soothing and relaxing. A little oasis in the city!

Great customer service. I recently had a facial with the lovely Tracy, she was wonderful, I was a bit nervous, didnt know what to expect. As soon as you step in, she will put at ease and show you the ropes. I must say, once laying there and she started the treatment, getting touched by such soft and beautiful hands, that is what I can only imagine being the feeling touched by an angel. Wow, to the treatment and service I can say. Definitely I will return for another treatment, highly recommended.

Not a nice person and not a good facial. I definitely have NOT had the experience that other people are raving about. I recently had a facial, wax and a tanning with Yolanda (2 different visits) and have found her to be a very cold and distant person -- not the kind of person I want to give $200 to every few months. Very phony and tried to sell products to me that I did not need. My friend has gone to her and she shares my same views. The tanning lasted two days -- not the 2 weeks that Yolanda promised. My skin broke out the day after the facial. The waxing was nothing special and not differnt than anyone else I could have gone to. Don't believe all these raves about her and the salon. I would most definitely not want to go back to this salon again.

GREAT SPRAY TAN. i don't know why people go to tanning beds or sit under the sun's harsh rays when there's rejouvenance! it's a great place and the people are so nice and friendly. shy and modest, tracy made me feel comfortable as she sprayed me down and gave me a very natural and beautiful tan.
