great highlights !. My hair was originally black. I have wanted highlights for a very long time. I walk into Episode Salon hoping that they would do a good job. They welcomed me the moment I walked in. Lisa was my hair stylist. She worked very hard and did an excellent job on my hair. My highlights are very beautiful and I like them very much. They didn't damage my hair but made it stay the same. Many of my friends complimented me.

my dream comes true. My hair was pretty curlly.i have been thinking to get streightneing for long time. Today, I been to episode salon, the hailstylist Lisa made magic for me, after 4 hours the Japanese Thermal Streightening prosses,my hair is silky and streight. It had never happened in my life.

EXCELLENT. The Episode Salon is a place that i would highly recommend. The staff there is very profesional. They can do an excellent job on my hair. They also have good service. I would like to tell everyone that this is the place you should go to. Their Japanese Thermal Straightning is one of their specialties. One of their staff members, Lisa, does a fabulous job on the Japanese Thermal Straightning. It can make your hair look healthy, shiny, and full of luster. I recommend The Episode Salon.

High-end service without the high-end price. I happened upon this salon by chance and still can't believe my luck in finding such a great place. I was able to obtain an appointment almost right away for hair coloring. Unlike the high-end downtown salons which hand you off to an assistant for most of the time, the colorist/stylist stays with you from beginning to end. My stylist listened to what I wanted and also gave his suggestions. He did a wonderful job with my hair color. I've received numerous compliments about it. Furthermore, I liked that he gave me tips on how to maintain my hair. Oh you get all this without paying the hefty price that downtown salons charge (e.g., $160+ for highlights)

Best stylist. Steffan is the best hair stylist I've ever had. I even stopped going to my amazing Japan-trained salon in NYC b/c Steffan is that good. I have wavy hair and layers can be difficult. I knew Steffan would be great b/c he cuts dry hair with scissors, not wet hair with a razor. I had my 3rd or 4th cut today and didnt even bother to check the back of my head b/c Steffan is totally trustworthy. He takes his time. Your cut is designed for your face and texture. You see his concentration and scrutiny when he examines the symmetry of your layers and his eyes center and brow furrows. I dont need to go anywhere else. Next time, I'll try color.

Soothing Shampoo/Scalp Massage. Being a customer for several years I must say, one of my favorite parts of the experience is the shampoo/scalp massage. Within minutes, I forget my surroundings and slip into a therapeutic mantra. With just the right amount of pressure applied to my scalp, temple and neck, the sensation is heaven! I can't wait for my next appointment!

Great Waxing. If attention to detail is what you're looking for in a wax, episode is the place to go. I haven't gotten my hair cut there, but I have gone in many times for an eyebrow or bikini wax. He uses a hard wax for sensitive areas (i.e. face and bikini), while reduces irritation tremendoously. Furthermore he follows up with extensive (almost OCD) plucking to make sure you are symmetrical. He's a perfectionist, and you reap the benefits. Highly recommended waxing! I won't go anywhere else.

Decent cuts, VERY expensive!. The cuts and color they do hear are good (I've been to both Steffan and Gary). But, plan to be there at least 4 hours for a cut and highlights. Prices are pretty high too. They have alot of skill, but should consider bringing their prices back to reality. If money is no object, this is the place for you.

great hair knowledge. i went into episode salon recently and had a fabolous hair revolution. I had color and highlights done to it and it turned out amazing!!! The staff was super friendly and i had the most amazing hair wash ever. It was such a relaxing feeling that i didn't want to get out of my seat. It is definitely worth the price if you need a 360 degree hair change or just some advise on how to manage hair that will get people's attention!!!

Great new look!. I was going to my hairdresser for years and really needed a new look so a friend referred me to Steffon. Steffon took the time to match the cut to the shape of my face and gave me a fabulous new color that I just love. The service was personal, he was attentive, and really listened to me! I definitely will go back to Episode Salon!
