Eclectic, Upscale AND affordable. Fillmore Street is becoming, more that ever, a great shopping destination. From the only Smith & Hawken location in the city to small boutiques for womens clothes (e.g., Betsey Johnson), Fillmore Street offers great places to hang out (coffee shops, bookstores)... oh and great restaurants! Bath & Body seems to be the newest addition with locals like Hydra and internationals like Jurlique. Quite the mix!

Good place to walk around. Fillmore is very nice, great place to walk around.

Next to Japan Town, which is also interesting.

But prices are little bit high basically.
