AN OPINION YOU CAN TRUST. With over 30 years in the real estate industry, I can honestly say that I feel fortunate that I found Diverse to recommend to my clients. My personal experience has been that they are much more thorough than many of their competitors. When they have identified a problem, it has always been a real problem. With some of their competitors, I have found that not to be true. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of construction. If you are looking for a throrough, unbias opinion about the condition of a property you are considering purchasing, I would hightly recommend Diverse Inspection Services.

Best in the city!. I had a pest and home inspection done by Diverse Inspection Services. They were able to schedule right away. My agent was overwhelmed and impressed by the inspector's knowledge. She was even more impressed when Diverse provided the reports that same evening. Diverse's reports were simple to read and extremely thorough. He found more items than what were mentioned in the previous reports provided by the owner. I highly recommend them!
