great customer service. At a recent visit to GGI we were greeted by a friendly sales associate, Jamie Montes. I wanted to remodel my kitchen but unsure what type of material to use and Jamie was right there to help. He was very knowledgeable of the different materials, explained the process in detail, and was very patient. I recommend GGI for there excellent customer service and thank you Jamie

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!. My experience with GGI was better than the initial review. When we visited GGI, we just wanted to look around for potential granite slabs for our kitchen. One of the store assistants, Lucio, gave us a tour of the shop and suggested possible slabs that would fit our project. He was very accommodating and answered all our questions. Needless to say, we came out of the shop with a quote WAY LESS than the initial ballpark figure that we got from another supplier. He also provided us with samples of the slabs that we chose.

Fyi, GGI only does the stone fabrication and installation of the actual slab. They don't do demolition, prep and plumbing. You or your contractor will need to do this initial prep step. After that is done, someone will come over and do the final measurement . Fabrication usually takes 4-5 days. However in my case, it was almost an overnight fabrication. Someone came to measure on a Monday and my countertops were delivered and installed first thing Wednesday morning.

The slabs that arrived were identical to the ones we chose. The people who came in to install (Edgar and Roberto) were very polite, efficient and professional. They arrived earlier than expected and finished the job within the six hour mark. The result was very clean and seamless; I couldn't be more pleased.

I would definitely recommend this company for kitchen projects.
