Kelly does great color!. I was nervous looking for a new salon in San Francisco, however; in using "The Best of Citysearch", I found Posh, just down the street on Fillmore. The atmosphere is mellow, small salon with only a handful of chairs, however; the customer service was excellent and Kelly did an awesome job on my color.

I was surprised that I had appointments with two stylists, one for color and one for cut, however; it did not take any longer than usual and I was happy with the results.

I would recommend Kelly for your hair color!…

THE WORST!!!!. I drove way across town on Saturday, only to be told that I have never made an appointment and if I want I can come back at the end of the day. I was furious since, I did make an appointment and I was there on time. Since my usual hairdresser was not there, I made an appointment with someone else, who they recommended. I wrote down name and time. The receptionist had a gall to lie straight to my face that I don't have an appointment. She did not even mention an appology for any confusion or a problem it has caused me. She made every attempt to make me feel like it was my fault and I should feel stupid. I will never ever go back there again. There are hundreds of salons out there and I am sure that they would love to get my business.…

I am so happy with my haircut! She listened to everything I said first, then somehow made it all make sense! I've never been this happy with my hair!…
